Security

The .22LR Mauser PP7 pistol is equipped with an ambidextrous safety catch on the slide as well as a decocking lever on the left side of the pistol. When the hammer is cocked, the decocking action will bring the hammer to the half-cock position . Decocking allows the weapon to be on safety while still having a cartridge chambered.
