The FEPAM (Professional Federation of Armed Forces) is organizing its 1st job dating during Game Fair 2023!

Since its creation in 2012, FEPAM, through its support role in the gunsmithing sector, has been committed to keeping its commitment to professionals, by helping them today in the search for their future employee.

This is why the association will participate in the 41st edition of the Game Fair in Lamotte-Beuvron (41) on June 16,17 and 18, 2023.

For the occasion, it will organize its first job dating in the armory sector on a national scale between professionals with vacancies and job seekers. This event will concern all trades in the arms industry: commercial, administrative or technical positions!

The main objective is to improve the armory sector by organizing meetings between the two parties and supporting professionals to overcome the difficulty of this search.
