Documents to provide:

Identity card : photo ID
Medical certificate : placed in a sealed envelope and dated less than 15 days ago, attesting that the declarant's physical and mental health is not incompatible with the possession of a weapon.
Hunting Permit : Valid hunting permit
Shooting license : valid shooting license
APAD : Prefectural authorization for acquisition and possession in 2 copies less than 3 months old.
