Main missions:
As a receptionist/switchboard operator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, partners and visitors. Your missions will include:
- Physical and telephone reception: Reception and orientation of visitors, handling and transfer of incoming telephone calls and transmission of messages.
- Administrative management: Reception, sorting and distribution of mail, management of general emails and monitoring of supply orders.
- Coordination: Directing requests to the relevant departments and providing occasional support to the administrative team.
- Company Representation: Ensuring a professional and welcoming image for Simac.
Profile sought:
We are looking for a dynamic, organized person with excellent interpersonal skills. You must:
- Be comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Have good diction and a neat presentation.
- Demonstrate rigor, discretion and autonomy.
- Experience in a similar position is an asset.

Videographer specializing in weapons demonstrations (M/F)
Job Description:
The AP&Partners group (Europ-Arm & Simac companies), specialized in the import and distribution of weapons and equipment for hunters, sport shooters and defense, is looking for a talented and passionate videographer to join our team as a Specialized Videographer in Weapon Demonstrations . The ideal candidate will be in charge of shooting and editing demonstration videos for various categories of weapons, including shooting weapons, hunting weapons, airsoft replicas, and defense weapons.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and write scripts for engaging and informative demonstration videos.
- Film high-quality video footage highlighting weapon features and performance.
- Edit videos to ensure a smooth and professional presentation.
- Ensure safety and compliance with weapons handling rules during filming.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure videos meet communication and promotional objectives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a videographer, with a solid portfolio of shot and edited videos.
- Advanced skills in screenwriting for video.
- Good knowledge of the different categories of weapons: shooting weapons, hunting weapons, airsoft replicas and defense weapons.
- Safe and responsible weapons handling skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Creative mind and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Additional assets:
- Experience in hunting, sport shooting or airsoft.
- Knowledge of advanced post-production techniques (special effects, sound design, etc.).
