The ejector shotgun is a faster way to reload the weapon. Contrary to rifles with extractors, here the opening of the rocker will eject the casings in a mechanical way and will allow the shooter to supply his weapon very quickly in stride. However, the casings fall to the ground and the shooter will have to bend down to pick up the casings if he wants to keep them for reloading.
