Since 2013, Polymer 80 has been manufacturing firearms parts. Its name comes from its main activity consisting of manufacturing 80% unfinished slides so that these parts, made of polymer, are not considered firearms by the ATFE (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) and thus allowing them to be sold freely on American territory.
This version of the PFS9 has a black slide combined with an FDE (Flat Dark Earth) frame.
Made from high-strength reinforced polymer, P80® pistol frames feature an aggressive standard texture on the sides, front and rear for optimal grip in a variety of environments. The full slide features front and rear serrations combined with clean, modern lines, as well as a prominent front chamfer that allows for efficient handling and holstering of a P80® pistol while maintaining a low-profile aesthetic profile. Based on the Glock 17, the PFS9 is compatible with Austrian brand Gen 3 parts only. The P80 PFS9 is chambered in 9mm Luger caliber.
