SIMAC COMPETITION RULES

Article 1: Organization

The company SIMAC (hereinafter the "Organizer"), a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €2,147,200, registered under the number of siret 389 597 311 00015, is organizing a free competition with no purchase necessary on Facebook and Instagram from Monday, May 18, 2026 at 2 p.m. to Sunday, May 31, 2026 until midnight, according to the terms and conditions described in these rules.

Article 2: Participants

This game is open to any individual of legal age on the date of the game, residing in metropolitan France (including Corsica), excluding employees of the Organization, and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, implementation, or management of the game, as well as their spouses, including partners, and their family members: direct ascendants and descendants, or other relatives, whether living in the same household or not. Any participation that violates these rules will be invalidated.

Any participant suspected of fraud may be disqualified from the competition by the Organization without explanation. Any incomplete, incorrect, or illegible identification or participant information, whether intentional or not, or any information submitted in a format other than that specified in these rules, will be considered void. The Organization reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any participant. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to provide proof will be disqualified from the competition and will not be entitled to any prize, should they win. Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules.

Article 3: Participation rules and prizes

According to the game explained below:

Batch :

On May 18, 2025, starting at 2 PM, a Facebook and Instagram post will be published asking participants to like the page, subscribe to the page, and tag the person who will accompany them. To be entered into the draw, entries submitted before 00:00 on 31/05/2026 will be considered.

Batch :

Four winners will each receive two one-day tickets to attend the Game Fair on June 12, 13 or 14, 2026.

If any of these steps are not followed, the participant will not be entered into the draw.

Article 4: Selection of winners and awarding of prizes

The winner will be chosen on Monday, June 1, 2026, starting at 10 a.m., via the website random.org, which will announce the names of the three winners.

The winner will be designated after verification of their eligibility to win the prize in question.

The winner selected in the draw will be contacted by email by the Organization.

Prizes will be sent to the postal address provided by the participants. If a prize is returned undelivered, it will be held for the participant for 15 days. After this period, the prize will forfeit its right to the prize and will become the property of the Organization. The winner agrees to accept the prize as offered, without the possibility of exchange, particularly for cash or any other prize of any kind. Similarly, no compensation will be offered for the prize.

Any additional costs necessary to take possession of the prize shall be borne entirely by the winner, who shall not be able to claim any compensation from the Organization, nor from service providers or partners.

The organization reserves the right, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, particularly those related to its suppliers or unforeseen events, to replace the advertised prize with one of equivalent value. The winner will be notified of any changes.

Article 5: Use of participants' personal data

Participants' contact information will be processed electronically. Participants' information is recorded and used by the Organization to remember their participation in the game and to award the prize. Participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their personal data provided in connection with this game. They also have the right to object to their data being used for marketing purposes, unrelated to participation in this game, which they can exercise upon registration by writing to the address below.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, all participants have the right to demand that their personal data be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or made ambiguous or outdated by writing to: Société SIMAC - Rue Santos Dumont - 86100 Châtellerault, indicating their name, surname, postal address, and email address.

Article 6: Game Rules

The rules can be consulted on the following website: https://simac.fr/ . The Organization reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the game at any time, without any compensation being due to the participants.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

The reproduction, representation, or exploitation of all or part of the elements comprising the game, including these rules, is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site, as well as on sites accessible via hyperlinks from this site, are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code worldwide. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes infringement and may result in criminal penalties.

Article 8: Responsibility

The Organization cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control that partially or totally prevent participants from taking part in the game and/or the winner from receiving their prize. The Organization cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, thefts, damage to mail, or lack of visibility of postmarks due to postal services.

The organization, its service providers, and partners cannot be held liable for any incidents that may occur during the use of the prize by the winner or third parties once the winner has taken possession of it. Similarly, the organization, its service providers, and partners cannot be held liable for the loss or theft of the prize once the winner has taken possession of it.

This contest is not managed or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram, and the organizers hereby release them from all liability. Facebook and Instagram cannot be held responsible in any way during the execution of this contest.

Article 9: Disputes & Claims

These rules are governed by French law. The Organization reserves the right to make a final and binding decision on any difficulties that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, it being understood that no disputes will be accepted one month after the end of the game. All claims must be submitted to the Organization no later than one month after the game's closing date.
